«أسينو» و«بترجي فارما» يبرمان شراكة لتعزيز «برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي» في المملكة العربية السعودية
أعلنت شركة «أسينو» السويسرية، الشركة الرائدة والشريك الموثوق للمنتجات والخدمات الصيدلانية عالية الجودة، عن دخولها في شراكة استراتيجية مع شركة «بترجي فارما» للتصنيع الدوائي في السعودية، حيث تأتي هذه الخطوة تماشياً مع «برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي» الذي يندرج ضمن رؤية السعودية 2030.
وقد أبرم الطرفين هذه الشراكة في أعقاب إعلان شركة «أسينو» مؤخراً عن توسيع نطاق أعمالها في السعودية، وشهد حفل التوقيع حضور كل من سعادة “عبد الله المسعود” الملحق التجاري السعودي في سويسرا، و”ستيفن سالتوفت” الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة أسينو، والدكتور “أندرو بيرد” المدير العام ورئيس منطقة الشرق الأوسط وتركيا وأفريقيا لدى شركة أسينو، بالإضافة إلى “فهد العتيبي” مدير عام شركة أسينو في المملكة العربية السعودية، و “محمد بترجي” المدير العام لشركة بترجي فارما.
وبهذا الصدد صرح سعادة عبد الله المسعود الملحق التجاري السعودي في سويسرا “نرحب بالخطوة التي اتخذتها شركة أسينو لتوسيع نطاق حضورها في المملكة ، فضلاً عن تعاونها مع منظمات مثل «بترجي فارما» التي ستعزز من عملية وصول العلاجات للمرضى ومقدمي الرعاية الصحية. وستساهم مثل هذه الشراكات في بلوغ «رؤية السعودية 2030» وتحقيق أهداف «برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي» في المملكة الذي يركز على الجودة والرعاية وتحسين نتائج العلاج “.
وحول أهمية هذه الشراكة عَلّق مدير عام شركة أسينو في السعودية فهد العتيبي قائلاً :”نلتزم دائماً في أسينو بتطوير قطاع الرعاية الصحية في المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال تسريع وتيرة الوصول إلى الأدوية عالية الجودة التي تحظى بثقة الحكومة والمرضى، ويعتبر توسعنا بالمملكة والتعاون مع مؤسسات مثل «بترجي فارما» خطوة مهمة لتعزيز التزامنا في السعودية، الأمر الذي سيمكننا من تكثيف خدماتنا المقدمة للمرضى وتوفير معايير أعلى للأداء، فضلاً عن العمل باحترافية لتحقيق نتائج أفضل في مجال الرعاية الصحية وتمهيد الطريق لمجتمع أكثر تطوراً”.
ويعد «برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي» مكوناً رئيسياً ضمن «برنامج التحول الوطني» في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث يهدف إلى تعزيز جودة وفاعلية الرعاية الصحية والمخرجات العلاجية. في هذا الإطار، تأتي هذه الشراكة مع بترجي فارما لتعزيز التزام أسينو الرامي إلى تحسين إمكانية الوصول إلى الأدوية الرئيسية عالية الجودة للمرضى ومقدمي الرعاية الصحية. وتتضمن اتفاقية الشراكة بين الطرفين تسليم المنتجات على مرحلتين، تكمن المرحلة الأولى في توفير أدوية «أسينو» المضادة للإمساك في هذا العام، بينما سيتم اتاحة أدوية مرض ارتجاع المريء والذي يعرف أيضًا باسم (الارتجاع المعدي المريئي) خلال عام 2024.
من جهته، سلط المدير العام لشركة بترجي فارما محمد بترجي الضوء على تفاصيل هذه الاتفاقية قائلاً :” تأتي شراكتنا مع أسينو تماشياً مع «برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي» وطموحاتنا لتحسين المجتمع في السعودية”.
وأضاف بترجي قائلاً :”ستسهم الاتفاقية الخاصة بالترخيص في تسريع وتيرة وصول المرضى السعوديين إلى الأدوية التي تمكنهم من أن يحظوا بحياة ذات جودة عالية، ونحن نفخر باتفاقيتنا مع شركة أسينو التي تصب في صالح هذه الرؤية”.
Acino and Batterjee Pharma sign partnership agreement support Saudi Arabia’s Health Sector Transformation Programme
The agreement between Acino and Batterjee covers the licensing, manufacturing, and supply of select Acino products across the Kingdom, based on the local needs of patients
Acino, a leading provider of high-quality pharmaceutical products and services, today announced it has entered into a strategic partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Batterjee Pharma that will align with the aspirations of the Kingdom’s Health Sector Transformation Programme, which was launched as part of National Vision 2030.
Closely following Acino’s recent announcement of expansion in Saudi Arabia, the agreement was formalised at a special signing ceremony, in the presence of His Excellency Abdullah Al Masoud, Saudi Commercial Attaché to Switzerland; Steffen Saltofte, CEO, Acino; Dr. Andrew Bird, General Manager and Head of Region, Middle East, Turkey and Africa, Acino; Fahad Al Otaibi, Country Manager for Saudi Arabia, Acino; and Mohammed Batterjee, General Manager, Batterjee Pharma.
H.E. Abdullah Al Masoud, Saudi Commercial Attaché to Switzerland said, “We welcome Acino to grow its presence in the Kingdom, as well as its collaboration with organisations like as Batterjee Pharma that will enhance access to treatments for patients and caregivers. Partnerships like these will contribute to the Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s Health Sector Transformation goals that focus on quality, care, and optimisation of treatment outcomes.”
Considered a key component of the National Transformation Programme, Saudi Arabia’s Health Sector Transformation Programme is focused on increasing quality and efficiency of care and optimising treatment outcomes. Working with Batterjee, Acino will further its commitment to deliver enhanced access to high-quality essential medicines for patients and healthcare providers. Acino’s agreement with Batterjee Pharma will deliver products in two stages. Acino’s anti-constipation medicines will be available later this year, and its gastro and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) medicines will follow in 2024.
